INGREDIENTS
Small chicken lumps battered and fried
Sauce-
1 1/2 tbs oil
2 tsp crushed ginger
3 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp salt
3 tbs honey
1 tsp rice wine vineger
1/2 water
1 tsp cornstarch
sesame seeds (for garnish)
Heat the oil in a wok (i used a small pot). Add garlic and ginger and fry for 30 seconds. Add salt, honey, vinegar and water. Mix well. Combine a tsp of water with the cornstarch. Add to the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
Coat the chicken with sauce, garnish with sesame seeds and serve on rice.
